If you discover an issue using your headphones, you can report that to us by opening the Human Headphones App and going to the Settings Menu at the top left of the home screen. Choose "Support" and then "Submit Feedback". We appreciate you taking the time to help us improve the Human Headphones experience.

In the meantime, you might try some or all of the following general troubleshooting steps to get your device back in working order:
*Clasp the headphones and wait thirty seconds for them to completely power down, or select "Power Off" within the App.
*Restart the Human Headphones App.
*Perform a Hardware Reset as described here: Hardware Reset
